Open to teens in 10th-12th grades, Jewish National Fund's Alexander Muss High School in Israel (AMHSI-JNF) offers a comprehensive academic program that will enhance your college application and prepare you for college. Over four months, students learn the history, culture, language, and geography of Israel, while participating in comprehensive, in-depth General Studies classes.
Spring 2021 Dates: January 24 – May 26
Applications Due: November 15
Fall 2021 Dates: August 22 – December 22
Applications Due: June 1
Grants and generous financial aid available. Grants are taken off the full $21,800 tuition.
General Studies
Complete academic coursework in line with your local high school. View our comprehensive list of classes offered here. We facilitate AP testing. You will:
- Work with our AMHSI-JNF team and your high school to ensure that after a semester abroad you re-enter your school classes right alongside your peers
- Take up to four General Studies classes, including regular, honors, and AP
- Get specialized on-campus tutoring for subjects that require extra academic help
Israel Studies
All sessions include our signature Israel Studies Curriculum. You will:
- Discover 4,000+ years of Jewish and Israeli history
- Travel around Israel, using the land of Israel as your classroom with interactive history lessons
- Attend a full semester of Hebrew language classes--no prior knowledge needed, all levels accepted
- Earn up to six college credits from the University of Miami as an eligible junior or senior
