Ambassador Yoram Ettinger is an Israeli diplomat and the executive director of Second Thought: A U.S.-Israel Initiative, a series of newsletters on issues of national security and U.S.-Israeli affairs. He regularly advises for members of Israel’s Cabinet and Knesset and U.S. legislators and their staff on Israel’s contribution to vital U.S. interests, on the root causes of international terrorism, and other Middle East concerns. He previously served as Minister for Congressional Affairs to Israel's Embassy in Washington, D.C., as Israel’s Consul General in Houston, and as Director of Israel’s Government Press Office.
